Restarting!

I honestly have no idea just how many times I need to unfreeze my blog.

After almost a year hiatus, I'm back in action. :)

This is inspired by the most random comment by Sarah-Jade. She said "I accidentally read what you wrote and I think you're quite good" - not an exact quote, but that was the gist of it. ;)

She was reading a fanfic I wrote about me and the Jonas Brothers - haha, yes I was in the phase where I fantasize about interacting with the boys through a random coincidence (thanks to the multitude of Taiwanese drama that I've watched at the time)

Thanks to her random comment, I re-read the chapters I've written and find myself oddly inspired to continue the story. Perhaps not in the Jonas Brothers fanfic universe, I'll see if I can manage to spin an original story out of the plot that I have previously - if I can manage to dig out the plot, that is. The story was written and abandoned three years ago. Anyway, fingers-crossed to that.

Writing venture aside, I will definitely try to update more on my blog, not that anyone reads it anymore haha. That being said, I will put in effort nonetheless - I just hope that my life is interesting enough for me to blog about it.

The Avengers

Finally watched The Avengers the other day on IMAX 3D and I've got to say that it was bloody worth it.

Not gonna share a lot from the movie but I'm really surprised that the one that stole the show was a different superhero.

From the trailers, previews and posters, one would assume that the main character would be Captain America or Iron Man. But, the one that stole the show was The Hulk. People who've watched will know what I mean. Haha. :)

Awesome movie. Definitely gonna keep an eye out for available down muat turun. Hehe.

Chapter: Education (Done)

Today marks the end of a chapter in my life.

People, I am done with school! I had just sat for my last exam paper today and now I'm a free soul. No more memorizing for exams, the late nights spent on rushing assignments, and no more waking up early to go to classes. For now, it seemed like I am finally being free, but I'm pretty sure I will miss this carefree life once I begin the next chapter of my life: Work.

I am kind of in a limbo now. Should I search for jobs or should I continue to pursue my education?

I am open to both options. So for now, I am going to send out job applications and in the meantime search for any available scholarships. I am only going to consider pursuing a Masters if and only if I am offered a scholarship. So, fingers crossed for both options.

For now, though, I am just going to go with the flow and enjoy whatever life presents me. :)

Hectic Schedule!

I have a lot of things on my to do list this month and the due dates are creeping closer and closer. Yet, I have not done a single thing. Maybe started a little here and there, but definitely not enough to cut it.

Social Psychology assignment is due this Thursday, and I've only done like 45%. Gotta send it to turnitin for some sort of report and I nearly forgot that I need to attach the presentation slides together with it, so, there goes my week!

Then there's the very super duper important Communication Senior Project that I have yet to start! OMG! This time last semester, I'm already done with my Introduction and halfway through analyzing my results. S**t! Though I'm safe to say that I already have my topic approved and Ms. Shiqin seemed to be quite impressed with my work, what I had done so far - which is close to nothing. Gah! Anyway, have to get this done asap if I want to enjoy my Phuket trip. So, がんばって！

And then I've got these projects given by my mommy. That is to compile our family photos to be printed into a album. Since I'm the only one who's able to help her with this, mommy being a complete computer noob (hehe) and brother being the douche that he is, I'm given this responsibility. I don't really have the right to complain about this though since, I am the one who procrastinate the whole time. But in my defense, we don't really take a lot of photos so, it's a tough job.

Anyway, all these three are due in March!!! So, I've got a hectic schedule and I really ought to start working my ass off right now, but the problem is, I can't seem to get my brain to cooperate.

Chelsie, you need to focus.

If you don't want to waste the money spent on the albums, FOCUS.

The Luffy Chronicles

Luffy has this disorder. It's call coprophagia.

To put it simply, she eats her own poop.

I've been google-ing and apparently there are a few reasons why dogs, especially puppies, do that - eating their own poop.

One of the reason is because well, they are fast learner. If they saw the owner cleaning up the poop in front of them, they might think that the poops are undesirable and will clean up before they were found out by the owners. Therefore, the puppy will eat its own poop.

Another reason is because the puppy is lonely and wants attention. Even negative attention like scolding and stuff. :(

I hope it isn't the second reason. I didn't neglect her, did I?

And according to Google, the puppies might break out of the habit sooner or later. I will keep my fingers crossed for that. *please please*

I'll make extra effort to train her now. Poop-eating is bad.
