Among these injections, there are one in a hundred (approximation) contains a capsule, in which it will burst in your heart, causing you to die (imagine Death Note style). The purpose of this law is to ensure that the citizens will live their lives to the fullest because they might not know when they will be died. This law had successfully decreased suicide rate and increased the nation's production rate.
Every day, a man/woman in black suit will visit a home to deliver a ikigami - final letter or Death Notification - so that whoever who will die in honor of the nation will get to spend their last 24 hours with their beloved.
